This year we're asking you to please pre pay your $25 (PayPal link above) for the delectable event, it helps us work out the quantity of bottom feeders and alcoholic yeast based beverages required.

Lions' Update, April 12th. 2013
Great Home Victory last weekend!Now we prepare to play the OC Jets on Sunday, April 21. Prepare yourself for battle.
Everyone remember to come out and visit "HOT Karl" at Millers Field in Pacific Beach, tonight, Friday, at 8:00 PM. He's been training troops in Afghanistan for a year and he's looking fit and ready for some football.
Co-ed training this Saturday, 4/13/13 @ 10:00... Please note the change in location, this week we will be practicing at Belmont Park across from the roller coaster in Mission Beach! See you there, please bring a friend! So recrute female athletes to train and practice. More info on the Women's Footy Page, contact Erin Welsh for more info.

Lions vs Jets in SCAFL Round 5
The Lions travel to the Field of "Dreams" on Sunday to take on the Jets. Please be at the car pool in Del Mar by 8am. If you're running late, call Bucc, Schenka, or Bobby. "Register" on the event page so we have an idea of numbers! Lions facebook event SCAFL Round 5

Tuesday Training Location Change
Starting this week, Tuesday night training will be held at Bonita Cove Park in Mission Beach, across from the roller coaster. Training will still start at 6:30. Since the time has changed, we'll have some daylight to do some skills work, and then finish up with a short fitness session. San Diego Lions hit
their straps in LA on diet of Dog’s eyes and Wet Cement

March 3, 2013, San Pedro. Eight days after a feast of meat
pies (a.k.a. Dog’s eyes in rhyming
slang) and home brewed beer denominated Wet
Cement for its ability to improve scale weight of cattle at sale, the San
Diego Lions took on the LA South Bay Outlaws at their home ground in San Pedro.
Prior to this meeting the Outlaws had been unbeaten and the Lions unsung. It
was top of the ladder versus bottom in an away game for the Lions. The Lions
came away with the points and the pride.
