Come join the San Diego Lions as we co-host our first social event/fundraiser with Na Fianna, the San Diego ladies Gaelic football club.
This event is an annual BBQ and beer fest that Na Fianna has held for over 10 years. Come and enjoy delicious grilled carne asada, burgers, veggie burgers, and hot dogs with all the sides, along with cold frosty beers. It's all-you-can-eat and drink for one price. No need to bring anything, just an appetite and some good friends. Invite as many people as you like, as this is also a fundraiser.
The event will be held at Admiral Baker Recreation Center, the location of our Luau in May. The park has playgrounds for the kids, sand volleyball, horseshoe pits, softball and basketball courts. Everything to entertain the whole family.
The day runs from 11am-5pm Saturday August 13th. Cost is only $25/adult, $10/kid 12-18, and FREE for kids under 12. There will be a shuttle van from the Black Pearl to Admiral Baker available for an additional $10 round trip. It will make several trips at the beginning of the event and several at the end. It is a great way to avoid drinking and driving.
